Alubond U.S.A.

Basic structure of ALUBOND U.S.A. U.S.A. consists of two Aluminum sheets on the sides and PE (Polyethylene) core in between, integrated  in process of continual co-extrusion.  Durability of the Panels  is provided by top quality Aluminium Coils used in proces.    Exterior side of the Panel is protected with PVDF (polivynilidine difluoride) Kynar 500 fluor-carbon film that has excellent resistance for atmospherials and UV radiation

Alubond U.S.A. is very light in weight but at the same time very rigid, with ideally flat surface and various finishing possibilities. Although, this material finds its purpose in design of interiors of business and public objects, in production of various commercial panels, exhibition objects, gas/petrol stations, bus stations, traffic signalization, vehicles build-ups, machine construction …

 

Alubond U.S.A. panels can be 2mm to 6mm thick. Panel dimensions can be different – from 1000mm up to 1500mm in width and from 2000mm up to 5000mm in length. There is a big color range  in few basic groups: Metallic, Solid, Wood and Stone finishes, but most popular are different shades of Metallic Silver color. As a special value,  intermediate  core can be made from special fire-resistant material.

 Main advantage of ALUBOND U.S.A. is it-s Light-weight. Panel, 3mm thick is just 4,55kg/m2, while 4mm has 5,85 kg/m2. Thermal expansion   of ALUBOND U.S.A.is around 1mm/m for temperature change of 50°C. At the same time it is a good acoustic isolator and vibration absorber. Panel (4mm in thickness) even reduces noise for 26dB so it can be recommended for constructions exposed to traffic and industrial noise, machine coverings and for parts of industrial machinery.

Physical properties:

Most important ALUBOND’s U.S.A. advantage is simplicity in work. Originally produced, panels can be drilled, bended, engraved, joined, machined in cassettes of different shape and dimensions in order to accommodate to the objects needs. Comparing to other traditional panel materials ALUBOND U.S.A. is 1,6 times lighter in weight from aluminium and even 3,4 times from steel

Subconstruction for this kind of facades is also made of aluminium (profiles).

There are various facade systems: CONTINUAL is used with continual and semi-structural glass facades, with accented joints of panels and covering profiles; BOX and SLIDER systems are simple for usage because of glider used; BOLT system is predicted for smaller surfaces; GASKET system is most frequent in use and the simplest one; RIVET system… Machining is relatively simple and tools used can vary from circular cutters, line saws and vertical formatizers to very complex horizontal CNC finishing centers. TEHNOMARKET offers a service of ALUBOND machining on CNC centre with previously prepared cutting schemes.
