Aluminium Extrusion Factory

Our factory is based on BLH 2000 tons model, with Schneider PLC (computer controled management software for extrusion process control) and OMAV complementary processing systems.

We use only primary 6060 and 6063 alloys of highest quality.

Our product range includes various aluminium profiles for different uses:

3. General

Profiles for industrial use and small manuacturers are extruded according to clients specific demands and according to supplied technical documentation.

Our proprietary Architectural profile systems, completelly designed by our engineering team, are used for manufacturing of aluminium doors, windows and facades.

They are divided in following groups:

• Systems with and without thermal break
• Aluminium-wood composite system
• Systems with and without thermal break
• Sliding system
• Bulletproof system
• Continual facade
• Semistructural facade
• Structural facade
• Various subconstruction systems for Alubond, granite and ceramic facades

General purpose profiles are extrudes for various applications and they come in various designs (L-profiles, T-profiles, tubes, rectangular profiles, plats…) and dimnsions.

We have a specialized department to handle all client inquieries. They can provide all necessary information and help regarding profile ordering, technical specifiaction and design.

In case that client needs custom extruded profiles, it is reccomendable to supply all necessary technical documentation. In case that you only have a profile sample our engineering department can prepare everything for a moderate fee.

ALUMINIUM EXTRUSION PRESS is working on the same principle like the cake decorating syringe. Main extrusion compartment is filled with piece of aluminium ingot heated to 500°C, just below soft agregate condition. This heated aluminium is pressed trough a special nozzle, and extruded profile is force-cooled with air and hardened. Profile type is determined with an excangeable dye, and each profile type requires different dye.

The only difference between our extrusion press and a cake decorating syringe is that our press weighs 200 tons and uses 2MW/h of ellectrical energy.
