Extrusion of aluminium profiles.

Thanks to big structural and economical changes on the Balkans and fast growing requirements of local market we starte aluminium extrusion plant on February of 2002.

It is a BLH 2000 tons model, with Schneider PLC (computer controled management software for extrusion process control) and OMAV complementary processing systems.

As members of European extruders family we want to offer quality and reliability to our local and foreign partners wich are planing their bussiness activities in domestic and foreign markets.

We currently manufacture:

1. Broad spectrum of standard and industrial aluminium profiles like tubes, rectangular tubes, L.profiles, T-profiles, flats and many more.
2. Complete se of Aluminium profile systems for manufacturing of modern doors, windows and facades.
3. All types of custom aluminium profiles for industry and small manufacturers according to a profile sample or drawing supplied by clients.

Subconstruction for granite tile facade

We manufacture a complete set of aluminium subconstruction for granite and other ceramic façade tiles, with visible or hidden tile holders. Basic subconstruction profiles are made of Aluminium and holding plates are made of Stainless Steel.

Tehnomarket manufactures a wide range of advanced Aluminium profile systems for glass facades wich are often used on most demanding and landmark projects:

Supplying specialized workshops with all raw and overhead materials

We supply specialized workshops that manufacture Aluminium Doors, Windows and Facades with all necessary Aluminium profiles, hardware, EPDM sealing gaskets and complete range of Accessories. All materials are certified in relevant institutions and of highest quality. We provide complete technical consulting and technical support free of charge.

Bending of Aluminium and Steel profiles

We offer complete bending services for aluminium and steel profiles on state of the art CNC machines for manufacturing of arched doors and windows.

Assembly of thermal break with polyamide tapes

Our current setup features modern FOM Industrie, Italy production line for assembly of high quality thermal break bond with polyamid tapes, with complete preparation. We test complete assembled profiles on moder digital dynamometer.

We use only certified polyamid tapes from best European manufacturers ALFASOLARE (San Marino) and TECHNOFORM (Germany). These tapes remain stable up to 200°C, they are non-flammable and they do not release toxic fumes.

Aluminium profiles assembled at Tehnomarket can be powder coated and anodized, regardles of process temperature.

Machining of Alubond, sheet metal, plexiglass and other plate materials

Tehnomarket offers CNC cutting and machining of panels for various purposes. We can machine Alubond panels from 1mm to 10mm, Plexiglass from 1mm to 30mm and other sheet materials. We can machine and cut panels according to .dwg or .dxf drawings supplied by clients.
